Services

Classical Ballet

Ballet employs traditional ballet technique, and is known for it's aesthetics and rigorous training. Turn out of the legs, Pointe work and extensions. Ballet is flowing, and has precise and ethereal movements 

Tap

Tap is characterised by using the sounds of metal taps fixed to the shoe striking the floor as a form of percussion coupled with both characteristic and interpretative body movements.

Musical Theatre Dance

Musical theatre is less of a style and more of a description of dancing that is rooted in the diverse history of broadway musicals. Relying heavily on a knowledge of Ballet, Tap and Jazz. Musical theatre dancers are actors and place a high focus on musical interpretation.

Acrodance

Acrodance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by it's athletic character, it's unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and it's use of acrobatics in a dance context

Jazz

Jazz dance combines techniques of classical ballet and modern dance with current forms of popular dance. Jazz has its own vocabulary ranging from the isolation of certain body parts to the movement of the entire body with musical rhythm.

Contemporary

Contemporary is a style of dance that combines elements of ballet, modern, lyrical and jazz. It stresses versatility and improvisation, unlike the strict nature of classical ballet.

Street/ Commerical

Commercial dance style is taken from other dance styles including jazz, street & hip hop. It's a combination of self expression, energy and performance

Body Conditioning

Body conditioning combines cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat to work out the whole body. Exercise techniques including: aerobics, floor work, weights and resistence.
